Texas P.I. Reveals Secrets Behind Clara Harris' 'Murder

From the beginning the Clara Harris "murder by Mercedes"
case--wherein a Texas woman garnered widespread sympathy
after killing her husband as his daughter begged her not
to kill her father--has been a textbook example of our
society’s noxious mix of anti-male feminism and
anti-male male chivalry. Incredibly, last week the
murderess was granted joint custody of her twin five
year-old boys. The ruling validates what fathers' and
children's advocates have been saying for years--when it
comes to children, many courts believe that mothers can
do no wrong.

Bacha exposed little known information collected by Blue
Moon Investigations which indicated that Clara murdered
David not out of jealousy but because he "had something
on her," and that the murder of David may not have been
the first one Clara was involved in.
Bacha criticized the avalanche of media and public
sympathy which Clara received before, during and after
the murder trial. She detailed Clara's sham "betrayed
wife" histrionics and noted that the media covered up
solid evidence which showed that Clara was also having
an affair at the time of the murder. She blasted David
Harris' parents for supporting Clara during the trial
and betraying David's daughter Lindsey.
Leving, one of America's most prominent family law
attorneys, explained that the Harris decision is
indicative of pro-mother, anti-father gender bias in
family courts and that, were the genders reversed, a
convicted murderer would never have been awarded joint
custody. Drawing upon his experiences representing
fathers in one of America's largest law firms, Leving
criticized the family courts for not respecting the
bonds between fathers and their children.
